Our Commitment
Frontier Defense Technology operates under a comprehensive ethics and compliance program that governs every aspect of our business. As a trusted partner to defense and intelligence customers, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Our program is overseen by the General Counsel and the Board of Directors' Audit and Ethics Committee, with day-to-day management by a dedicated compliance team of 45 professionals.
Code of Business Conduct
Every employee, contractor, and board member is bound by our Code of Business Conduct, which covers:
- Conflicts of interest and organizational conflicts of interest (OCI)

- Government contract compliance
- Truthful cost and pricing data

Export Compliance
Frontier Defense Technology maintains a rigorous export compliance program covering all products and technical data subject to applicable defense trade and export control regulations. Our export compliance team reviews all transfers, disclosures, and engagements involving foreign persons or entities.
Cybersecurity
All operating divisions maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with federal information security standards. Our cybersecurity program includes continuous monitoring, regular third-party assessments, and a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC).

Frontier Defense Technology strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. All reports are investigated by the Ethics and Compliance Office.
